How do I return an item?


Our primary objective is complete customer satisfaction; therefore we handle returns on a case by case basis. We stand behind our products 100%. It is our philosophy to handle returns fairly and reasonably while doing our best to take care of our customers. We are confident that this will be reciprocated and that our customers will be fair with us in turn. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service department at Customer Service.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a free exchange or refund. 


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment

  • Items Returned by Mail:  your account will be credited within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with a Gift Card or, we'll mail you a Krutch Pack Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card.
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless faulty manufacturing is found to be cause of defect

Is there a time limit? Are there exceptions? 

  • Although there are no time limits for returns or exchanges, occasionally we may not accept a return for refund. This may be due to product misuse, abuse of the product or unauthorized product modifications.

Please note: Items returned "unwanted" must be returned in new unused condition. Refunds will be contingent upon inspection of these item(s) once we receive it.

International orders do not qualify for free returns or exchanges. Orders returned directly to Krutch Pack will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs unless faulty manufacturing is found to be cause of defect. 


We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We'll be happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed.
If the order has already been processed you, will have to proceed with a return as outlined above.
